Kosher Event Staffing in Lakewood NJ

We staff Jewish events in Lakewood with crews that live in the area, work under the supervision of the Kashrus Council of Lakewood, and understand how a simcha in this community actually runs. Bar mitzvahs, vorts, aufruchs, sheva brachot weeks, brissim, Shabbat dinners, Yom Tov preparations, weddings and corporate lunches — staffed so the family can sit down.

Why us

  • Every crew is Shomer Shabbos — no driving, no cooking and no prohibited work on Shabbos
  • All staff work under the supervision of the Kashrus Council of Lakewood
  • Crews live in Lakewood and the surrounding towns, so short-notice bookings are usually possible
  • We work with your own caterer and brief our crew on their menu and service method
  • A mashgiach available on request for events, kitchens and venues

About

Lakewood has the largest Orthodox Jewish community in the United States outside New York, and the event calendar follows it. There are simchas most weeks, the peak season runs from spring into late summer, and the bar mitzvah and wedding dates are set a year ahead.

That calendar shapes how we work. Our crews are local, so they can be on site in Lakewood for a short-notice shiva or booked a year in advance for a bar mitzvah. We know which halls hold which nights, and we know what a family means when they say they want a heimishe crew.

A large share of vorts, brissim and anniversary dinners are hosted at home.
Hotel and restaurant event rooms for private buyouts

Outdoor sukkah and event setups
Seasonal events built around a sukkah or an outdoor Yom Tov gathering.

Services

We staff the full range of events in the Lakewood area. Our waiters, chefs, bartenders and kitchen help cover bar mitzvahs, vorts, aufruchs, sheva brachot weeks and dinners, brissim and vachnacht meals, Shabbat dinners, Yom Tov preparation, weddings, corporate lunches, anniversaries, quinceaneras and shiva meals.

Every crew is Shomer Shabbos. If your event falls on Shabbos, the crew arrives before it, does not drive on it, and finishes within what their own observance allows. A mashgiach is available on request for events, kitchens and venues.

  • Shabbat dinner and Yom Tov preparation help
  • Wedding, corporate lunch and celebration staffing
  • Shiva meals and gatherings, including same-day and next-day bookings
  • Mashgiach available on request, coordinated with KCL

KCL supervision

Our staff work under the supervision of the Kashrus Council of Lakewood. For a frum family that is the first requirement, and it is the reason a kosher staffing agency can be booked without the household spending a week checking who is actually turning up on the night.

The supervision covers the kashrut of the food and the practice of the people preparing and serving it. Where a venue or an event needs a mashgiach on site, we arrange it and coordinate with the venue.

Service area

We are based in Lakewood and cover a ten-mile radius, which includes Brick, Toms River, Jackson and Howell. We work in private homes, synagogues, community halls and rented event spaces throughout the area.

Where an event sits at the edge of that radius, ask us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can cover it and what it costs.

Reviews

We are a new business, and we would rather tell you that plainly than publish a testimonial that has not happened yet. We have no published reviews at the moment.

What we can tell you is how we work and what we will stand behind: Shomer Shabbos staff, KCL supervision, a crew briefed on your caterer's menu before the day, and a quote with the hours and roles itemised so there are no surprises at the end.

Reviews coming soon

We are a new business and we have no published reviews yet. We could have written three warm testimonials for this page, and we decided not to: a review that has not happened is not a review, and families in this community read them carefully. What we have done instead is publish exactly what we will do, who our staff are and what they are supervised by, so you can judge us on something real. Reviews will appear here once real families have been served and have chosen to write them.

FAQ

Do you provide Shomer Shabbos staff?

Yes. All of our staff observe Shabbos, which means no driving on Shabbos and no work that would constitute chillul Shabbos. For an event that runs into Shabbos, the crew finishes its work within what their own observance allows.

Are you supervised by KCL?

Yes. Our staff work under the supervision of the Kashrus Council of Lakewood, covering both the kashrut of the food and the practice of the people preparing and serving it.

What areas do you serve?

Lakewood NJ and a ten-mile radius, covering Brick, Toms River, Jackson and Howell. We work in private homes, synagogues, community halls and rented event spaces throughout the area.

Do you provide a mashgiach?

Yes, a mashgiach is available on request for events, kitchens and venues, coordinated with the Kashrus Council of Lakewood where the venue requires it. It is quoted as its own line item so the supervision is explicit.
