We are a new business and we have no published reviews yet. We could have written three warm testimonials ourselves and put names on them, but in a community where everyone knows everyone that fools nobody. When we have served families here, we will publish their reviews on this page — the positive ones and the ones with notes for us.
Every review we publish is from Google, where a family has chosen to leave their name. We will not edit them and we will not bury them.
How our review flow works
- We check in with the family
After the event we speak with the family, usually in the same week, to make sure everything was as agreed and to fix anything that was not.
- We ask for an honest review
We ask for a review on Google without a template and without asking for a particular rating. A review we did not ask for is worth less to the next family than one we did.
- We publish every review
Including the critical ones. If a family tells us something went wrong, that belongs on the page as much as the praise, and it is how a new business earns the kind of trust this community expects.
- We answer every review
Within a day, seven days a week, for as long as the business runs. A review left unanswered tells a reader more about the business than the review itself.
- We keep them here
The reviews stay on this page, so you can read them without leaving the site and without digging through a search result.
Kashrut supervision
Every member of our staff works under the supervision of the Kashrus Council of Lakewood. That supervision covers the kashrut of the food and the practice of the people preparing and serving it, which is what allows a frum family to book an outside crew without checking the whole operation first. A mashgiach can be added on request for events, kitchens and venues, coordinated with KCL where the venue requires it.
